Job summary

Slalom is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Program Manager for the Seattle area to lead a major transformation initiative across business and technology workstreams. The role requires 10+ years of program leadership, executive collaboration, and strong PMO development capabilities.

The position is 2–3 days onsite per week in the Seattle area, with a focus on governance, risk management, and delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management leadership in enterprise-scale transformations.
