Job summary

Strata Information Group (SIG) seeks a senior Program Manager to lead large Ellucian ERP transformation programs, guiding multi‑year transformations from initiation to stabilization. You will align objectives with institutional goals and communicate with client executives to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires expertise in governance, multi‑stream coordination, and change management, with the ability to coach PMs and manage budgets while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP/SaaS/enterprise software implementation programs in Higher Education.
• Direct experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP platforms is preferable; familiarity with Workday, Oracle, or other HE ERP platforms is a plus.
• Experience delivering programs using Ellucian Implementation Methodology is preferable.
• Strong governance, executive communications, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Ellucian ERP transformation programs (Banner/Colleague) from initiation through stabilization, including on-premises to SaaS/cloud migrations.
• Develop and maintain program governance frameworks (steering committees, executive reporting, decision processes).
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines.
• Partner with institutional executives to establish objectives, success metrics, and outcomes.
• Provide oversight to ensure delivery methodologies and adherence to objectives across teams.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers within the PMO and build delivery capability.
• Travel to client campuses as needed, up to ~25%.
