Job summary

Sound Transit in Seattle seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager-ERP (term-limited) to lead a large-scale ERP implementation within the IT and Business Transformation divisions. The role coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and vendor activities in a matrixed environment.

The position oversees ERP configuration, data migration, security, and integrations across finance, procurement, HR, and asset functions to ensure secure, reliable delivery aligned with agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in IT project management or technical program management, managing large-scale ERP/eam implementations.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP project with shared governance across IT and Business Transformation units.
• Align technical solutions with redesigned business processes and operating models.
• Manage risks, schedule, budget, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, and integration teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
