Job summary

Slalom seeks a seasoned Enterprise Program Manager to lead a high-visibility transformation across multiple business and technology workstreams in the Seattle area. You will drive governance, alignment with executive stakeholders, and successful delivery of complex initiatives.

You will build and mature PMO capabilities, manage risk and dependencies, and partner with senior leaders to ensure strategic outcomes. This role requires a strong executive presence and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence directors, VP, and C-level leaders.
  • Strong facilitation of Steering Committees and governance forums.
  • Ability to navigate politics, ambiguity, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience building PMO frameworks, reporting, RAID, and governance processes.
  • Experience with ERP, HCM, finance, procurement, or back-office transformations is a plus.

  • Identify risks and roadblocks and drive resolution through stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage dependencies across workstreams to maintain momentum and milestones.
  • Create executive-ready status updates and reporting materials.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program spanning multiple business and technology workstreams, driving alignment across executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, risk management, and delivery across interconnected initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate executive steering committees (SteerCos), program governance forums, decision-making processes, and status reporting cadences.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, and organizational change.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on strategic program objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Build and mature PMO capabilities, including program controls, reporting frameworks, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive communications.
  • Facilitate whiteboard sessions, workshops, and leadership discussions to resolve complex business process and product design challenges.
  • Proactively identify program risks, issues, and roadblocks, and drive resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams while ensuring teams remain focused on key deliverables and milestones.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, status updates, and reporting materials that provide clear visibility into program health, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining momentum and accountability across teams.
  • Support organizational readiness and transformation efforts by helping stakeholders adopt new processes, operating models, and ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility with director, VP, and C-level leaders.
  • Strong experience facilitating Steering Committees, executive governance forums, and leadership decision-making sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strong personalities, navigate organizational politics, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Expertise in PMO development, program governance, portfolio reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
  • Experience leading enterprise software, digital transformation, systems implementation, or business transformation programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead workshops, wall walks, whiteboard sessions, and working sessions that drive decisions and consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable executive-level messaging.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in complex environments with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to identify risks early, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative leadership style that creates alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Experience with ERP, HCM, finance, procurement, or back-office transformation programs is a plus, but not required.
