Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead a major ERP transformation and HRIS rollout across the enterprise. The role drives corporate systems, infrastructure, and cross‑cutting initiatives from Houston, TX, with strong collaboration to BU leaders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of tech leadership, ERP implementation success, and hands‑on operational experience in a decentralized company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 5+ years in VP role.
Operational background with P&L or profit center management.
Proven track record leading large ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Experience in multi-site, multi‑BU, decentralized environments.
Knowledge of construction industry workflows and project-based accounting.
On-site at Houston, TX headquarters required.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation across corporate functions and BUs.
Oversee ADP Lyric HRIS implementation and integration with payroll and benefits.
Develop implementation roadmap with budget, scope, and change management.
Drive adoption with divisional leaders and ensure business continuity.
Architect system integrations to ensure data integrity across platforms.
Manage partner/vendor relationships and delivery accountability.
Provide executive oversight of enterprise security and infrastructure.
