Requirements include 15+ years in transformational ERP consulting, multi-module ERP implementations, and the ability to travel up to 100%. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading ERP programs across Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships in large global transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions and guide executives toward ROI.
• Proven track record delivering multi-module ERP implementations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing large teams (>50 resources) and offshore delivery models.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and drive business growth for ERP initiatives aligned with client and TCS objectives.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes across programs.
• Lead steering committee meetings, program team meetings, and business workshops with key stakeholders.
• Direct internal teams to develop accurate estimates, differentiated approaches, and timelines to meet client requirements.
• Oversee offshore delivery and large project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with executives to select ERP solutions that maximize ROI.
