Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Senior Director, ERP Transformation to define and execute a multi-year ERP program, leading execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.

The role reports to the VP, IT Enterprise Applications & ERP Transformation and requires strategic thinking, strong business partnership, and hands-on oversight to drive measurable value. This onsite, four-days-per-week role will build capability, governance, and an operating model to scale adoption and deliver a modern

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP/ERP leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud-based ERP delivery models strongly preferred.
• Deep functional expertise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance (preferred).
• Demonstrated success managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience leading programs with budgets exceeding $50M.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation strategy, roadmap, and execution across ERP domains.
• Represent IT in the Transformation Management Office and partner with executive stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Establish and enforce program governance, KPIs, and decision frameworks.
• Lead system integrators and vendors, ensuring accountability and delivery quality.
• Oversee project management, solution architecture, data strategy, and process standardization.
• Manage multi-year program financials including budget, forecasting, and benefits realization.
