Job summary
Transtech Energy in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation to own the ERP program end-to-end. You will lead design of future-state processes, manage configuration, testing, data migration, and vendor relationships across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Ideal candidates have 7–12+ years in ERP with IFS ERP, strong leadership, change management, and a track record of multi-site implementations.
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of ERP experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep experience with IFS ERP.
- Strong manufacturing and/or services ERP background.
- Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience applying AI to project management workflows.
- Hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Own ERP roadmap, governance, and upgrade prioritization.
- Translate business needs into ERP capabilities.
- Define ERP configuration standards and governance across units.
- Drive master data management across entities.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and scalable growth.
- Lead data migration, integration, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with leadership to design future-state processes.
- Lead change management and training across sites.
