Job summary
McCall Farms is seeking an experienced Manager for ERP Transformation & Enterprise Applications to guide our Oracle Fusion implementation and ongoing technology transformation. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to ensure systems and processes support the business as we grow.
You will lead process mapping, testing, training, and post-go-live support while identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and reduce reliance on
Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, business analysis, process improvement, or related transformation roles.
- 5+ years of experience supporting major ERP implementations, system deployments, or large-scale business transformations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM is strongly preferred.
- Experience with other major ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar systems will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation journey.
- Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehousing, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer Service.
- Bridge business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Lead business process mapping, requirements gathering, and process design for future-state.
