Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Customer Project Execution within our NAM digital transformation. You will drive process improvements, translate business needs into digital solutions, and lead change management alongside cross-functional teams across North America.
Spanish and English fluency are required to collaborate with Mexico and other Spanish-speaking stakeholders. You will guide requirements gathering, support go-lives, and ensure measurable business
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Customer Project Management.
- Experience leading large, complex projects across regions.
- Ability to translate business value into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Lead SAFe/Agile development alignment and deployment of requirements.
- Prioritize requirements aligning with PMI and CPP standards.
- Validate digital solutions with stakeholders and ensure policy alignment.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business users.
