Job description

We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst supporting Customer Project Execution to join our ERP digital transformation program. The Business Analyst drives business transformation and continuous process improvement through research, data analysis, and problem-solving. This role leads the gathering of customer and business requirements needed to deliver meaningful value. The Business Analyst works closely with team members to translate key business requirements into digital solutions that support standardized business processes while also serving as a transformation leader supporting change management initiatives.

This role will support our Customer Project Process initiatives across North America, with significant involvement in go-lives in Mexico and regular collaboration with Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Professional fluency in Spanish is required to effectively support these partnerships. As a Senior Business Analyst supporting Customer Project Execution, you will be part of a high-performing team leading digital transformation within Schneider Electric’s North America Market (NAM).

The Customer Project Process (CPP) supports how Schneider Electric plans and executes complex, customized customer projects, including configure-to-order and engineer-to-order solutions. This role will help improve and standardize how these projects are managed, translating business needs into processes and digital capabilities that support more effective project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a cross-functional environment with various business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
  • Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure the alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and the Customer Project Process (CPP).
  • Work with other team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and end users.
  • Identify key business transformations affecting users.
  • Champion transformation and drive adoption among end users while surfacing issues and concerns from the business community.
  • Partner effectively with English-and Spanish-speaking stakeholders across North America, with significant involvement in go-live activities and business transformation initiatives in Mexico.
  • Take accountability for delivering measurable business value.
  • Prepare and present progress updates, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Partner with the Change Management Organization and business stakeholders to define strategies that drive and champion transformation.
Qualifications
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English required, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders in both languages.
  • Commercial experience with a focus on Customer Project Management.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex projects involving multiple business activities, third-party suppliers or contractors, and multiple regions, with measurable outcomes.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative, with the ability to analyze and design business processes.
  • Industry and product knowledge across relevant Schneider Electric domains, with a strong command of PMI terminology and CPP standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and facilitating decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and take responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • A sense of urgency and the drive to meet individual and team goals and velocity expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams, quickly resolve impediments, and provide clarification.
  • Experience with Secure Power, Digital Buildings, ASCO, Digital Power, or operations in Mexico is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other digital systems is a plus.
