Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience documenting and redesigning business processes.
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Services industry and related products.
- Experience translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with SAP; BFS and SMS knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAFe/Agile development processes to align and deploy requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business and end users.
- Present progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive transformation with Change Management and adoption efforts.
- Translate business value into actionable solution deployments.
