Schneider Electric in the United States (NAM) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support Customer Project Execution within our ERP digital transformation program. You will drive process improvement through data analysis, gather and translate requirements, and lead change efforts across cross-functional teams in North America and Mexico.

You will collaborate with Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders, align with PMI CPP standards, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Spanish and English with ability to collaborate with cross-border stakeholders.
• Commercial experience in Customer Project Management.
• Proven track record leading large, complex projects across multiple regions.
• Strong PMI terminology and CPP standards knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Ability to translate business value into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile development processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional efforts to document and communicate business processes and requirements.
• Own SAFe/Agile alignment for deployment of customer and business requirements.
• Prioritize requirements aligning with PMI standards and CPP.
• Define requirements and validate digital solutions with standards and policies.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Identify key transformations affecting users and drive adoption.
• Partner with English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders for go-lives in NAM, especially Mexico.
• Deliver measurable business value and report progress to executives.
• Collaborate with Change Management to drive transformation strategies.
