Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation program from planning through implementation.
• Develop program roadmaps and governance models.

• Facilitate steering committees and executive decision-making.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive organizational alignment across finance, technology, and operations.
• Establish and oversee PM standards, processes, and controls.
• Coordinate multiple project workstreams and delivery teams.
• Support business case development, planning activities, and pre-implementation efforts.
• Ensure successful execution of milestones, budgets, and timelines.
