Job summary

SV Tech Systems is recruiting a PeopleSoft Project Manager for a Madison, WI client to lead a major PeopleSoft ERP implementation. The project will migrate from its PeopleSoft Financials (FMIS) to a new system in two phases, with Financials go-live first and HR/Payroll second. The PM will develop, plan and implement the phases and coordinate related work streams.

The anticipated start date is February, 2015 and the engagement runs through 06/30/2016, with potential for two one-year extensions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PeopleSoft ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PeopleSoft ERP implementation project.
• Migrate from FMIS to a new system (two-phase go-live).
• Develop, plan and implement project phases (GL/AR/AP first; HR/Payroll second).
