Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks a Lead Analyst – ERP Workstream to back a major ERP transformation. The role collaborates with Change Management, Program, Deployment and Business teams to support change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, business enablement, analytics, and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transformations, strong Excel and analytics experience, and ERP implementation exposure. Remote-friendly from Portage, MI with W2 pay structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• 1+ year supporting a major organizational change or transformation initiative.
• Experience with Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, and deployment activities.
• Document business impacts with Change Management and deployment teams.
• Provide reporting and status updates on transformation progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
