Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own end‑to‑end lifecycle management of major SaaS systems, including NetSuite ERP and ServiceNow.

You will drive governance, configuration, and continuous improvement across multiple platforms in a fast‑paced environment. Seeking a self‑starter with 5+ to 7+ years of related experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in Business Systems Analysis or related field, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Strong NetSuite ERP administration experience (financial modules, reporting, workflows).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience translating business needs into system configurations and scalable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own and administer enterprise applications, primarily NetSuite ERP and ServiceNow.
• Translate stakeholder needs into configurations, enhancements, and scalable solutions.
• Oversee change management, testing, and release readiness for system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity, performance, and governance across applications.
• Create system documentation and user training materials.
