Job summary

YA Group is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst / ERP Business Analyst to design, configure, optimize, and administer the organization’s ERP platform with a primary focus on NetSuite. You will liaise between IT, Finance, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting workflows, supporting integrations, reporting, testing coordination, troubleshooting, and driving process improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP/CRM systems, reporting, financial systems, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, saved searches, KPIs, data extracts, or other analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and derive solutions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional discussions across Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, vendors, and end users.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred; Salesforce or another ERP/CRM is valuable.
• Experience with financial or accounting processes, system implementations, integrations, data migration, and testing is a plus.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business teams to understand requirements and identify system/process improvements.
• Support day-to-day NetSuite administration, user requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, releases, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain NetSuite Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, data extracts, roles, permissions, workflows, and forms.
• Analyze business/financial data and develop reports using Excel and other tools.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and system specs, workflows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand upcoming initiatives and impacts on NetSuite and other systems.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and internal teams to support enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and projects.
• Assist with data analysis, validation, migration, reconciliation, and data integrity.
