Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking an experienced Netsuite ERP Business Analyst to lead configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP across Finance, Procurement, and Operations. You will translate business needs into NetSuite solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure scalability and compliance.

The role requires deep NetSuite module knowledge, SuiteScript, and strong PM and stakeholder skills to drive automation and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP systems.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite core modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder.
• Proficiency in integrating NetSuite with NetAsset, NetLoan, NetLease and third-party APIs.
• PM experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet for project tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting/dashboarding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; user support focus.
• Familiarity with ERP risk management, controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Operations to assess business needs and define requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure ERP outcomes.
