Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP or enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and technology needs.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and optimize NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Design and support system integrations, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency through technology.
• Work with APIs, data, and integrated applications to improve connectivity between systems.
• Analyze system and data issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Support the design, testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, including opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into business processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical users throughout the organization.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation and support change-management and testing processes.
• Independently manage projects and enhancements from initial concept through implementation.
