Responsibilities

• Lead ERP, UKG, and HRIS-related projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage a portfolio of projects including one large strategic initiative and multiple smaller projects.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, IT, vendors, and external consultants to define scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Assess impacts, dependencies, risks and change implications to ensure successful execution.
• Drive progress and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Facilitate planning sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead status meetings with Steering Committees, executives, and C-suite stakeholders, providing clear updates on health, risks, budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, risk registers and communication plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate competing priorities across units.
