Job summary

Sound Transit in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to administer, monitor, and support enterprise applications including UKG. This term-limited role (2 years) partners with business units to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure reliable system operations.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of enterprise IT experience, including ERP and integration work; salary ranges 81k–186k and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business admin or related field plus 5+ years IT experience administering enterprise-scale apps.
• Experience with enterprise-level business apps; ERP experience strongly preferred; UKG experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and application integration; ability to analyze requirements and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, upgrade, test, and maintain major systems and applications in the assigned area.
• Analyze requirements with customers and develop system design and specifications; provide customer service and support.
• Develop and update technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials; coordinate between IT teams.
• Assist in procuring new systems and applications and working with vendors to implement them per agency needs.
• Track licenses, costs, and budgets; create QA test data and scripts; ensure compliance with policies.
