TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation in a remote, contract role. You will drive project execution, governance and stakeholder management across ERP workstreams, ensuring alignment with business and technology teams.

Ideal candidates bring deep ERP experience, strong organizational leadership, and hands-on Azure DevOps usage. This role is fully remote with an Oct 7, 2026 application deadline and Seattle-area work considerations.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading complex ERP transformation initiatives.
• Proven success managing ERP implementations or major ERP workstreams.
• Strong planning, governance, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Hands-on use of Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
• Experience creating executive governance materials and status reports.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across business, tech and vendors.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated ability to own deliverables as an individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP workstreams from planning through deployment.
• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans in Azure DevOps.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and decisions.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, vendor and leadership teams.
• Drive accountability and proactively address delivery obstacles.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; elevate issues as needed.
• Ensure project momentum between status meetings.
• Create governance artifacts and delivery documentation.
• Deliver executive-ready status reports and steering materials.
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks and decisions.
• Maintain accurate project data in Azure DevOps and support governance.
