Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or related field.
• Five years in real estate including acquisition, relocation, and appraisal.
• Experience leading or supervising staff and projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct relocation and acquisition activities under Relocation Act.
• Oversee scope, schedule, costs, personnel, and contract compliance.
• Lead due diligence, title, survey, and appraisal activities with consultants.
