Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Manager to optimize warehouse operations, develop performance metrics, and drive cost reductions while preserving quality. The role requires extensive supply chain experience, SOP development, and ERP/WMS implementation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate will lead a warehouse team, collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics, and ensure compliance with government property and inventory management policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business admin, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in material management, inventory control, or SCM in aerospace/defense.
• 2+ years managing supervisors, leads, or technicians.
• Onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop material management strategies and SOPs aligned with regulations.
• Lead hiring and training to manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure ERP/WMS systems support inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning and on-time delivery.
