Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Senior Product Manager for ERP Lite to own the native financial visibility and operational depth brands need. You will lead an engineering team, driving a roadmap that expands ERP capabilities inside the OMS and aligns with a broader platform strategy.

You will partner with AI, Logistics, and Commerce teams to ensure seamless integration, translate customer needs into requirements, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping complex product areas.
• Experience building ERP/financial operations software for D2C or e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
• Ability to write SQL queries to answer data questions and leverage Jira for planing and tracking.

Responsibilities

• As the ERP Lite PM, own the roadmap within OMS and extend capabilities to give brands full visibility of unit economics.
• Lead the engineering team through sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery.
• Translate brand cost, inventory, and margin needs into concrete product requirements.
• Monitor competitive landscape and guide roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with AI, Logistics, and Commerce teams to integrate ERP Lite across the platform.
• Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and risks to leadership.
