Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the core enterprise applications layer. You will set the roadmap, lead Salesforce implementation, and bring strong product discipline, discovery, and measurable outcomes to systems historically managed reactively.

You will partner with IT, CS, Finance, People, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities, driving decisions with data and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT or enterprise product management, with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on CCaaS platform ownership and experience with Amazon Connect or similar.
• Led at least one full CRM or service-platform implementation or migration.
• Advanced Atlassian practitioner: Jira/JSM design, workflow, automation, SLA modeling.
• Portfolio breadth across ERP, HRIS, ITSM, IAM/SSO, CRM and integrations.
• Proven product craft: discovery, requirements, prioritization framework, metrics.
• Technical fluency: reading APIs, SQL queries, SAML/SSO provisioning, design talks.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST) and governance.
• Clear, unambiguous specs and concise executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own a published, prioritized roadmap for enterprise applications and justify tradeoffs.
• Lead platform delivery: Salesforce scope, data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-launch support.
• Establish change management, governance, and release standards across platforms.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives with measured business case and guardrails.
• Serve as bridge between IT, CS, Clinical Ops, Finance, People, Sales, and Engineering.
