Job summary

UST seeks a Senior Product Manager and Retail Strategist to lead large-scale retail transformation projects for a major retailer. You will direct merchandising, inventory, pricing, promotions, and supply chain workstreams, while coordinating across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate 12+ years in retail transformations, 5+ years in IT consulting, and outstanding stakeholder management with strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering large-scale retail solutions with leadership across enterprise implementations.
• 5+ years in IT consulting/services providing retail expertise.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, item/product management, inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior functional delivery on re-platforming for a major retailer.
• Guide retail strategy across merchandising, inventory, pricing, and supply chain.
• Maintain enterprise view, identify dependencies and standardization opportunities.
• Drive unified user experiences across retail platforms.
• Define future-state capabilities and operating models; support adoption.
