Job summary

Oasis Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP implementation leader to oversee multi-phased ERP projects across accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, and distribution. You will guide project teams, shape process improvement, and ensure successful delivery for mid-market clients.

You will mentor consultants, participate in sales engineering, and maintain high standards of client communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-phased ERP implementations (accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, job cost, service, distribution).
• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or related experience.
• 7+ years of experience in leading teams through multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in performing project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation.
• Experience in client communication, in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue resolution.
• Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning, and delivery to the letter of said scope.
• Experience in employee development, utilizing an existing career path framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements, including high-level process analysis, reporting recommendations, and transactional flow analysis.
• Disoovers, scopes, leads, and delivers multiple ERP implementation or service projects; may delegate tasks to senior/technical/associate consultants.
• Provide career path guidance and mentoring to consultants.
• Provide sales engineering and business development support, including product demonstrations and user group participation.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service requests to our helpdesk (level 2 or 3).
• Participate in onsite and in-house client visits, often in a leadership role.
• Achieve master-level competency in core product offerings (Sage 100, NetSuite, Intacct).
• Responsible for project profitability and scope adherence.
• Meet established billable targets.
