Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Business Consultant to act as the technical SME across ERP-integrated implementations within the Corpay Complete platform. You will lead and mentor a team of Business Consultants and manage individual project work within the Implementations team, reporting to the Director of Implementations, SaaS, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building and configuring integration connections to ensure accurate data sync across purchase orders,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in implementations, client support, or customer-facing consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or Sage Intacct preferred).
• Strong ability to translate requirements into integration specs and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME on ERP-integrated implementations across Corpay Complete.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Consultants within the Implementations group.
• Build and configure integration connections between Corpay Complete and ERP systems for data sync.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and relay specs to the integrations team.
• Own integration testing and validation to ensure data flows before go-live.
• Manage approximately 20 concurrent implementations and provide ongoing training.
• Drive team culture, process improvements, and participate in leadership meetings.
