Job summary
Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking an ERP/Applications Consultant to support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and integrations across our IT/OT staff augmentation practice, including work order management, asset management, and financial/operational ERP platforms used with utility and industrial operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP/enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Maximo, or similar).
- Strong requirements-gathering and configuration skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders on system implementations.
- Solid documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP and enterprise application modules (finance, asset management, work management, supply chain).
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration.
- Support integration between ERP platforms and operational systems (GIS, work management, SCADA-adjacent systems).
- Troubleshoot application issues and support end-user training.
- Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities for ERP implementations.
- Document configurations, integration points, and support procedures.
