Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Business Consultant to act as the technical SME for ERP-integrated implementations within the Corpay Complete platform. You will lead and mentor a team of Business Consultants in the Implementations group, reporting to the Director of Implementations, SaaS.

You will build integrations with customers' ERP systems, communicate requirements to internal teams, and ensure data flows align with go-live timelines while driving process improvements across the portfolio.

What We Need

Corpay is seeking a Business Consultant to serve as the technical subject matter expert across all ERP-integrated implementations within the Corpay Complete platform. You will be focused on leading and mentoring a team of Business Consultants and managing individual project work sitting within the Implementations team, reporting to the Director of Implementations, SaaS, and working with multiple stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Serving as the technical SME on ERP-integrated implementations, supporting SaaS PMs from kickoff through go-live
• Building and configuring the integration connection between Corpay Complete and each customer’s ERP system to ensure accurate data sync across purchase orders, invoices, payments, cards, and expenses
• Communicating directly with clients to understand integration requirements, then relaying specifications to the internal integrations team
• Applying Corpay Complete logic and methodologies to provide tailored recommendations to customers
• Owning all integration testing and validation to ensure data flows as expected before go-live
• Managing complex project assignments within an individual portfolio of approximately 20 concurrent implementations
• Providing training and mentoring to fellow Business Consultants on platform knowledge, integration processes, and client engagement
• Conducting consistent reviews and touchpoints with Business Consultants to monitor project health and team development
• Identifying knowledge gaps across the team and creating targeted support and training opportunities
• Driving team culture, morale, and a collaborative working environment, and participating in all relevant leadership meetings
• Assisting the Director of Implementations with HR functions and responsibilities as a junior management resource
• Continuously learning new ERP integrations and staying current on all Corpay Complete platform enhancements
• Assisting with creating and updating documentation on ERP integrations with Corpay Complete
• Participating in process improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and scalability
• Contributing to further development of the Corpay Complete platform through feedback and participation in product initiatives
• Conducting internal (Sales) and direct client outreach as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in implementations, client support, or customer-facing consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange concepts; ability to configure and troubleshoot integrations without writing code
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial workflows
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical liaison, translating client requirements into integration specs and communicating technical concepts in plain language
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills; comfortable facilitating virtual meetings and presentations with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in various phases simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Accounting knowledge strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the payment processing industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Transparency

The expected salary range for this position is [$85,000 – $110,000], based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
