Job summary

Corpay seeks an experienced Business Consultant to serve as the technical SME for ERP-integrated implementations across the Corpay Complete platform. You will lead and mentor a team of Business Consultants while managing multiple projects within the Implementations team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Director of Implementations, SaaS, to ensure successful go-lives, data integrity, and tailored integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in implementations, client support, or customer-facing consulting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Sage Intacct preferred).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange; capable of configuring and troubleshooting integrations without code.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial workflows.
• Able to translate client requirements into integration specs and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills; comfortable with virtual meetings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in various phases; familiar with PM tools and techniques.
• Accounting knowledge is preferred; knowledge of the payments industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME on ERP-integrated implementations, supporting SaaS PMs from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and configure integration connections between Corpay Complete and customer ERP systems for data sync across POs, invoices, payments, cards, and expenses.
• Communicate with clients to gather integration requirements and relay specs to the integrations team.
• Apply Corpay Complete methodologies to provide tailored customer recommendations.
• Own integration testing and validation to ensure data flows correctly before go-live.
• Manage a portfolio of ~20 concurrent implementations and related project assignments.
• Provide training and mentoring to fellow Business Consultants on platform knowledge and processes.
• Lead reviews and touchpoints to monitor project health and team development.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training opportunities for the team.
• Drive team culture, morale, and collaboration; participate in leadership meetings.
• Assist Director of Implementations with HR functions as a junior management resource.
• Continuously learn new ERP integrations and platform enhancements; update ERP integration docs.
• Participate in process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to product initiatives and direct client outreach when needed.
