Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join the Customer Care team. You will provide advanced functional and technical support for ERP integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 BC/FO, Acumatica, SAP B1, and more).

You will troubleshoot complex integration, payment processing, and accounting issues while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Success teams. Ideal candidate has 3+ years ERP experience, strong accounting knowledge, solid troubleshooting, and

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience with ERP systems in a functional, consulting, implementation, or technical support capacity.
Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Acumatica, SAP Business One, or other ERP solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and core ERP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, AR, GL, Financial Reporting).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues and provide customer-focused solutions.
Experience supporting ERP customers in a technical support or customer care environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with customer support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Jira; ERP certifications are desirable.
