Cars Commerce Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to own our finance and ERP platform and partner with Finance on key tools, including a path to Oracle Fusion. You will lead a small team and an MSP, own SOX controls, and drive architecture across ERP, HCM, and related systems.

This role shapes the future of our finance technology stack in the US. You will replace tax platforms, enable multicurrency for Canada, and partner with HR and Finance on process improvements,

Formación

• 8+ years managing enterprise business applications with ownership of ERP/finance platforms.
• 3+ years managing people and vendors, including MSP or offshore teams.
• Working knowledge of SOX and IT general controls and audits.
• Fluency in finance processes: AP, GL, tax, close, and related tools.
• Proven roadmap development for major platform transitions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders on platform direction and configuration.
• Experience owning technical, integration, and control responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the ERP/finance platform end to end, from requirements to go-live and production support.
• Define future state and evaluate move to Oracle Fusion, modules/phases/vendors and cost/risk tradeoffs.
• Lead tax platform replacement and multicurrency, implement regulatory changes like 1099s.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and other stakeholders on tools, architecture, and controls.
• Own integration architecture across ERP, HCM, tax, banking, and adjacent systems.
• Oversee SOX controls, access reviews, and audit remediation with internal/external auditors.
• Manage a core team and MSP, ensure SLAs, knowledge transfer, and offshore/onshore balance.
• Drive sprint-based planning and hands-on review of designs and incidents (~25%).
• Define AI/automation opportunities within ERP/finance workflows.
