Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead (Finance) to oversee Fusion Finance Applications, including Contracts Management, Projects, Cost Management, and the EPM Suite. You will provide strategic direction for the Enterprise Applications team and drive digital transformation across Finance, Projects, and Supply Chain.

You will partner with BU leadership to align technology investments, develop multiyear roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Finance, IS or related field.
• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Applications, BA, or BRM in SaaS/cloud environments.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Finance modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle EPM Suite.
• GovCon experience including project accounting, timekeeping, labor charging, indirect rates, billing, compliance.
• Experience writing Fusion design documents, configuration workbooks, tests, and plans.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and digital transformation in Finance/PM domains.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and multi‑project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multiyear roadmaps (including mergers & acquisitions).
• Align BU and DBT to ensure investments support enterprise priorities.
• Create and maintain roadmaps with BU leadership across Fusion Finance, EPM, and related apps.
• Gather requirements, document workflows, and translate needs into designs.
• Produce BRDs, configuration workbooks, specs, test plans, and test cases.
• Demonstrate system capabilities (Oracle Fusion, EPM, Salesforce) to guide decisions.
• Lead implementations, integrations, and user adoption across Finance, Projects, and SCM.
