Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager – Finance to lead Fusion Finance and Oracle EPM, guiding the finance application team and partnering with BUs and DBT to ensure stable, scalable technical architecture.

You will oversee governance of Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) and EPM, align project delivery with corporate finance, and drive a multi-year roadmap while maintaining strong user adoption and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Applications or BRM roles supporting SaaS and cloud-based systems.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA) and strong functional knowledge of PPM, Cost Management, Inventory, and SCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Suite governance, configuration, deployment, and support.
• Proven leadership of IT analysts/consultants across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications Finance team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Direct day-to-day operations ensuring high system uptime, configuration integrity, and incident resolution.
• Own the technology demand pipeline, prioritizing modifications and upgrades with risk/value criteria.
• Serve as SME and enterprise functional owner for Oracle Fusion Finance modules and the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and FP&A to design and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned to business needs.
