Zusammenfassung

InvestedintheMission is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion ERP optimization and implementation. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, oversee configurations, integrations, testing and training, and partner with IT for infrastructure.

You will manage the Finance Systems team, drive multi-phase transformations, establish data governance, and guide budgeting tool adoption (OTBI, FBDI, Power BI).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive finance systems experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or management role
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Oracle Fusion (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, or comparable Tier 1 ERP)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-phase finance transformations from requirements through hypercare
