Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Sr IT Manager, ERP Finance Applications to lead the Oracle Fusion ERP Finance support and upgrade program across global finance teams. You will manage incidents, changes, and SOX controls while partnering with IT and Finance to drive process improvements.

This strategic role focuses on application governance, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering reliable ERP services to maximize value from Oracle Cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP or Peoplesoft P2P and R2R processes.
• 3+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Platform services including OIC, VBCS, and ATP.
• 10+ years supporting Oracle Fusion or Peoplesoft ERP Finance environments.
• 5+ years leading teams of 5+ resources onsite/offshore.
• 3+ years managing ERP application support across multiple units/global regions.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, regression testing, deployments.
• 3+ years working with Oracle reporting/integration: OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• 3+ years administering ERP security roles, access controls, and SOX compliance.
• 3+ years managing incidents, service requests, change requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP Finance operations and support.
• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance applications.
• Manage month-end and year-end close support activities.
• Coordinate Oracle SRs, defect resolution, escalation management.
• Monitor integrations and data flows between Oracle Fusion ERP and connected apps.
• Manage user access, security roles, and SOX controls.
