Job summary

Morton in the Memphis area seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize core business applications, with emphasis on Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). You will partner with stakeholders across distribution, inventory, sales, and operations to improve processes and workflows.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with vendors in a growing IT environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting ERP and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Understanding of distribution, inventory, purchasing, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Familiar with APIs, data integrations, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage support priorities and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for Epicor P21 and other apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, support end users, maintain reliability.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance to improve workflows.
• Support ERP integrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory, order processing, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues and coordinate system improvements.
• Support data integration, reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Maintain documentation and best practices.
