We are seeking a P21 Solutions Manager with deep expertise in Epicor Prophet 21 to lead system design, workflow optimization, integrations, and ongoing improvements across distribution and assembly operations.

This hands‑on leader will build a P21 team to translate complex business requirements into scalable P21 solutions, drive cross‑functional alignment, and ensure the ERP ecosystem delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Ownership

• Lead and develop the P21 team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Establish objectives, KPIs, and drive execution across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Architect scalable P21 solutions aligned with SOPs in distribution, service, procurement, assembly, and finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes using P21 functionality.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, eCommerce, WMS, EDI, BI tools, and other connected systems.

Business & Technical Alignment

• Serve as the primary liaison between P21/IT teams and business units.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead P21 implementations, upgrades, and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with internal controls.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and functional mappings.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and maintain accurate system records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on P21 experience.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of P21 data structures and integration points.
• Deep knowledge of distribution, logistics, procurement, and service operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with cloud P21 transformations and AI agent tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
