Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking a Prophet 21 Business Analyst for a Florida on-site role. You will be the internal SME for Prophet 21, supporting order entry, pricing, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and invoicing workflows.

You will partner with leadership to gather requirements, document processes, and build dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to track sales, gross profit, fill rate, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Epicor Prophet 21 proficiency required.
• Experience as a Business/ERP Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of distribution workflows in purchasing, inventory, sales order, and customer service.
• Experience building reports/dashboards with Power BI, SQL, or Crystal Reports.
• Contract-based or compliance-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Prophet 21 SME; support order entry, pricing, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and invoicing workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to gather requirements, document processes, and suggest improvements.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales, gross profit, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT, consultants, or Epicor support.
• Maintain ERP data quality across customers, items, vendors, and pricing.
• Assist with P21 configuration, testing, upgrades, and user training.
• Support reporting and documentation for audits and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a key internal subject matter expert for Prophet 21, supporting order entry, pricing, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and invoicing workflows
• Partner with leadership and department teams to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend practical improvements
• Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports tracking sales, gross profit, fill rate, on-time delivery, and open orders
• Troubleshoot user issues, research root causes, and coordinate with IT, consultants, or Epicor support as needed
• Maintain and improve ERP data quality across customer, item, vendor, and pricing records
• Assist with P21 configuration, testing, upgrades, and user training
• Support reporting and documentation needs for audits and compliance

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated proficiency with Epicor Prophet 21 is required
• Experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of distribution workflows, including purchasing, inventory, sales order processing, and customer service
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Crystal Reports, or P21 reporting tools
• Preferred: experience in a contract-based or compliance-driven environment
