Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall experience leading enterprise programs.
• Experience across Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and more.
• Strong ERP and CRM program management experience in large organizations.
• Expertise with Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) integrations.
• Ability to influence teams in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/SAFe and enterprise delivery practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interconnected programs and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience in executive stakeholder management, governance, portfolio prioritization, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the program lifecycle from discovery to benefits realization.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, technology leadership, product teams, and engineering.
• Identify business requirements and transformation initiatives across ERP and CRM.
• Build ERP/CRM demand and program pipelines, evaluating value, priority, and feasibility.
• Shape requirements into programs with objectives, scope, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional ERP/CRM programs with multiple teams.
• Communicate effectively and facilitate decision-making.
