Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Project Manager to lead complex ERP migration initiatives from Iowa City, IA. You will drive cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, coordinate data migration activities and report to C-suite executives.

The role requires strong remote leadership of distributed teams, hands-on experience with data mapping, staging, and cutover, and proven ability to deliver on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience leading large system migrations or consolidations, preferably ERP.
• Led teams of 25+ people across multiple workstreams.
• Proven experience reporting to C-suite executives.
• Experience leading distributed teams remotely with Teams, Zoom, Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on data migration leadership, including mapping, staging and cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ERP migration projects and system consolidations.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts across workstreams and technologies.
• Report progress to C-suite and stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
