Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an SAP Program Manager to lead ERP implementations in Santa Clara, onsite. This 12+ month contract offers long-term potential with a focus on delivering complex SAP programs on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include governance, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and senior stakeholder communication across IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams. Strong Jira and RAID experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of program/project management experience, SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Has built/run SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage, regression planning, and cutover runbooks for ERP go-lives.
• Hands-on with JIRA, RAID logs, and collaborative tooling (GDrive, Sheets, Slack/Zoom) in an agile/iterative delivery model.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of programs; define objectives, scope, and resources; establish timelines with milestones; manage dependencies and risks.
• Build and enforce governance, processes, project plans, schedules, and templates for cross-functional projects spanning IT, Sales, Marketing, Product, and more.
• Provide project updates to project teams, stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives.
