Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, ERP/CRM/eCommerce focus.
• Proven success delivering SaaS programs across industries.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and integrations.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience with full program life cycles (initiation to closure).
• Track record of building long-term client relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure programs align with strategic goals and client expectations; monitor risks and issues.
• Lead client relationships, meetings, and stakeholder communications to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide cross-functional teams; mentor members; coordinate resources across departments and geographies.
• Oversee procurement: vendor selection, rate negotiation, and integration into program plans.
• Identify risks; create mitigation strategies; maintain risk response plans and proactive communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications; apply best practices.
• Prepare and present program reports, including status and financial outcomes; maintain documentation.
