Job summary

State of Washington is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader for the One Washington Program, guiding change across a cloud-based ERP transformation. The role develops and implements an integrated change strategy aligning readiness, communications, training, and adoption with program milestones, while managing stakeholder engagement and risk.

The position is hybrid with Olympia, WA office, some telework, and travel for in-person activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Leading organizational change and transition management for a large-scale ERP implementation or similarly complex enterprise technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of the OCM strategy and roadmap, integrating internal workforce and external agency/participant change efforts with program objectives and milestones.
• Oversee readiness metrics, heat maps, checklists, and other tools to identify impacts and inform mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership on employee engagement, leadership readiness, and workforce resilience throughout the program lifecycle.
