Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience related to marketing communications, training, and change management.
• Experience related to change management, preferably on corporate-level systems implementation projects.
• Experience supporting and training Public Sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and edit change management training and communications.
• Partner with business and support teams to maximize Oracle Cloud system adoption.
• Track and maintain learner progress and report findings to leadership.
