Job summary

Western Enterprises, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Westlake, OH.

The role focuses on owning ERP support, managing vendor SOWs, and delivering business-facing analytics and automation projects to improve order entry and AP/AR processes. You will design BI dashboards for operations, finance, and production leadership, and collaborate with Marmon P&R IT on tool selection and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business systems analyst, ERP analyst, or similar hybrid role in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience building BI dashboards (Power BI, Fabric, or similar) and working with ERP data.
• Demonstrated experience managing external IT vendors/SOWs, including scope and cost negotiation.
• Practical exposure to applying AI tools to business processes (not data science/ML).
• Comfortable in a single-site lean-team environment with no direct reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate plant-floor needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-side contact for Guide Technologies and external vendors.
• Triage and track ERP support issues; escalate and manage vendor SLAs.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage SOWs for IT infrastructure and projects.
• Design and build BI dashboards for operations, finance, and production leadership.
• Define reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Identify AI-enabled improvements to core workflows (order entry, AP/AR).
• Coordinate with Marmon P&R IT on tool selection and governance.
• Support production monitoring initiatives with plant engineering and integrators.
• Maintain knowledge of ERP configuration, customizations, and pain points.
