Job summary

ElectroCraft Ohio Inc is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support ERP applications, reporting platforms, SQL-based data solutions, and Power BI analytics across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.

You will partner with business leaders and IT to translate operational needs into reliable system solutions, robust reports, and scalable improvements while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis and ERP support.
• Hands-on Power BI and SQL development, data modeling, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP support and analysis across ERP apps, with focus on AX/D365.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and IT to deliver scalable system solutions.
• Document requirements, test solutions, and support rollouts with minimal business disruption.
